5 exercises to help you with the strength of Malasana Yogi Squat (all exercise specific details and instructions are in the video!):

  1. Sumo squat

  2. Half lift

  3. Deer knee pulse

  4. Deer ankle pulse

  5. Seated straddle

Incorporate 12-15 reps (or breaths if a static hold) into your practice and you are on your way to breathing easy in Malasana.
